The power you're supplying, it's electrifying!!!

Pardon me, I'm watching Grease...which is, and always has been, a strong love of mine.

So much is going on, I don't even know where to start.  I mean really now I haven't written in here since the day before I turned 21...wow, that was....3 months!?  Crazy.  First things first, we're moving again.  This place is proving to be way too expensive for our budgets, with every penny we make going to bills and not into savings...which of course is where it needs to be.  The plan is to move into the new place Aug. 1st.  Hopefully we can get a subleaser for this place by then.

I've found a place to ride.  It takes me 45 minutes to get there, but that's ok.  The woman out there is great, and has lots of me to ride.  I've been riding two of her mares..one is a Selle Francais/Hanoverian and the other is a Canadian Warmblood who is 17.3hh.  Yep, she's a beast and I can't reach the top of her back.  I've been going out there about 2 days a week, when I don't have to work.  I'm going to call Ellen this weekend and hopefully do some riding for her/Baylor too.

In other news, I pretty much work with a bunch of drama queens and I'm sick of it.  I need a raise.  My AGM and GM repeatedly tell me how great I am to work with and what and incredible employee I am.  Because I come to work on time and do my job.  Go figure.  Give me a raise!  Right now we have 4 employees (including me).  Ridiculous, I know.  I'm sort of looking for a new job.  I think I may have found a few that look good.  We shall see.

Another thing, since Chase mentioned it in his Xanga I will too.  People need to back the f*ck off.  I'm seriously sick of the phone calls, and stopping by, and visiting, and messaging, ect.  Just back off.  Obviously it hasn't worked in the past (even with all of the 'heartfelt-psycho-stalker letters', oh yes, I do know about them), and it certainly isn't going to work now.  We're together.  Period.  End of story.  Back off.  Thank you.

What else?  We went down to New Braunfels with Chase's family.  It was a lot of fun.  More than I thought it would be.  Really made me miss everyone at home, i.e Cara and Ali.  Had they been there......yeah multiply the fun I had times like a billion.  Yeah, I pretty much can't wait to go to New York in August to see them.

Yeah, I'm tired.  Time to sleep.

Here are some photos of our Mexi-kids.  Enjoy.

Goodnight.

So many changes

Wow.  It has been 1 month (tomorrow) since my last update...needless to say - I've been busy.  Lets see if I can remember all the way back to one month ago...

March 3rd - Tammela and I went to see Dierks Bentley at RIT.  It pretty much kicked ass and I can't wait to see Dierks [and Sugarland] open for Kenny Chesney in Houston on April 22.  I took a lot of pictures.  And a lot more videos.  I only got a few good pictures, but that's ok.  I'm currently uploading them to my Kodak Gallery for Tammela [sorry it's taken me so long!] so if ya wanna see 'em, lemme know.
That was also my last day at Molly Maid which was totally exciting.

March 5th - Cara and I went to get our tattoos.  We got there early and still ended up staying there for a good 2.5+ hours.  It was fun though.  We told the guy...Bob...what we wanted and he went back to draw it.  Then we confused both him and ourselves with the changes we wanted to make to it.  Somehow Bob figured it out, and it looked awesome.  Cara went first.  She ended up getting her's on her ankle and it looks really good.  I still wanted mine on my hip, especially because it ended up being quite a bit bigger than we'd originally planned.  I got it a little bit higher than I wanted, but now I love it.  It's perfect.  The overall design of our tattoos is the same, then I had Ace's name put under it.

For the rest of that week I packed.  And worked at Pet World.

Friday Chase flew in.  Or at least he was supposed to.  Due to weather delays he missed his connecting flight, spent the night in Atlanta (again) and then flew into Buffalo.  I drove out before Mom and John to stop at the airport to pick Chase up [Saturday morning].  We still beat them to the first rest stop...Mom was driving the moving truck.

We drove to Texas.

Spent the night just south of Louisville, KY, then continuted on.

Late Sunday evening we arrived in Waco.  I drove from Rochester to Texarkana.  Yahoo Maps it....I kick ass.

And now for a small not at all detailed list of things that have happened here...in no particular order...
++ We've turned Chase's bare ass empty apartment into a well furnished home
++ We got PUPPIES!
++ Our puppies humped...a lot.  (they're getting fixed a week from tomorrow)
++ My cat has settled in
++ I got a job at the Hampton Inn Waco at the Front Desk
++ I think I got a job at PETsMART as a Pet Care Specialist
++ I got my Texas Driver's License!
++ I drove the Hampton Inn's big ass shuttle van, AND found the airport on my own
++ I have figured out FEEDERS!!!  I think.
++ I went to Willow Spring Farm to talk to Ellen White (the head coach for Baylor's equestrian team) about working for lessons.  Instead she offered me a job starting/training/campaigning/selling her incredibly nice Warmbloods.  I start in the beginning of May.
++ I still haven't quite finished unpacking.  ALMOST!
++ I've discovered turkey jerky and turkey bacon
++ I miss Ace.
++ I love DVR
++ My cat stalks and chases my dogs.
++ My cat licks Roxy.
++ We go for daily walks.
++ I've watched Seasons 1-3 of the Simple Life and I LOVE Nicole Richie
++ Chase threw me a surprise birthday party this past Thursday night.  I got drunk.
++ Chase got a new job

Tonight I stood up from the couch, looked out the window at the sun and decided I'm happy.  I'm glad I moved.  I like it here.  I love living with Chase.  He's the greatest.  And he's mine.

Some things I have to look forward to...
++ Turning 21 TOMORROW!!!  Dad says I'm going to graduate from being his little girl, to his big girl.  Go me!
++ Working 40 hours a week again (possibly more if I start parttime)
++ Getting Zeus's balls cut off on 4/10
++ Starting to ride
++ Getting my flabbiness in shape...I swear I've gained weight since I moved in

That's all I can think of right now.  I worked 7am-3pm the past two days and I'm tired!
Here are a few pictures of things I've mentioned above.  Click to make them bigger.  More later.

In other news: I move in 8 days.  Wednesday I saw my dad for the last time until June.  I cried a lot that day.  I already miss him and I just saw him 2 days ago.  It's weird because I usually only see him once a week, sometimes more if we go out or something, but yea.  I talked to him lastnight.  He's down in North Carolina with my brother for the next few days, and is then on his way to Florida for the month.  Ken's wife is pregnant.  He's finally going to be a daddy!  It's about damn time!

Today is my last day at Molly Maid.  My boss got me a card and a cheesecake.  Yummy.  I got tomorrow off of work at Pet World, which means I can get my tattoo and then go ride with Cara without having to rush around and worry about working.  Yay!

I need to pack.

And in typical fashion, I will end yet another Xanga entry with a sad song for my pony boy that I miss oh-so-much.

I can’t stop loving you
So I’ve made up my mind
To live in memory
Of such an old lonesome time

I can’t stop wanting you
It’s useless to say
So I’ll just live my life
In dreams of yesterday.

Those happy hours
That we once knew
Though long ago,
They still make me blue

They say that time
Heals a broken heart
But time has stood still
Since we’ve been apart.
